An old friend
On the way down to Kobe, I bumped into an old friend of mine.
For some reason, I always have no trouble in catching a glimpse of Mount Fuji. Whether it be going through Chiba on the train or flying down south on the shinkansen, Mount Fuji always manages to pop up somehow. Maybe it's pure destiny, the mountain and I. Or maybe it's because the damn thing is gianourmous and any damn fool can spot it from anywhere.
Like our first meeting, our latest meeting happened during my ride on the shinkansen This time I was heading to Kobe but I'm pretty sure it was on the same route as last time when I went to Kyoto, though this time Mount Fuji appeared to be closer than last time. Also, unlike last time, I did not think it was a cosmic explosion.
Mount Fuji. Not a cosmic explosion.
Plans are already being placed in motion for me to climb and conquer Mount Fuji later in the year. What better way to treat a friend than to climb all over your friend, ey?

6 came and gone:
ahh i don't think i've ever seen mister fuji....!! ><
how was kobe??
Dunno about you but me and 富士さん are tight as. Although he can be a bit dominating sometimes...
I saw Fuji whilst on the bus to the airport. But that's all. I'm not convinced it really exists.
Well I'll tell you if it's real or not when I've climbed on top of it.
What better way to treat a friend than to climb all over your friend, ey?
I suggest that to my female friends all the time, but they just don't seem to agree with you, John.
It's all about the delivery, Justin.
